Velvet Domestic Shorthair Kitten Female in Duluth, Georgia

My story
Velvet was named for her sleek coat that truly looks like velvet. She was born into a feral cat colony and is reserved at first. She will approach you when she is ready for affection and once the petting starts she doesn’t want it to stop. She doesn’t mind being picked up and never refuses a kiss.In spite of valiant efforts the infection in her left eye could not be corrected. She hasn't noticed it is missing and it doesn't slow her down a bit. Her fur is beginning to grow back to so the incision will not be as visible in the future.Velvet is negative for FIV/FeLV, neutered, and up-to-date on vaccinations. She has a microchip that will be transferred to the adopter upon completion of the adoption process. The adoption fee is $120.Please visit our facebook page (facebook.com/PlannedPEThoodGA/) or website (pethoodga.org).If you would like to meet Velvet or know if she will be attending an adoption event this week, please contact the foster, Jeani Wampler at PPOG, .Ready to adopt?
